WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS?
I mean, there was always somekind of a connection between the two bands, since Nick Rhodes and Duran Duran's former producer Colin Thurston produced that monster song "Too Shy".
KajaGooGoo original line up 1983
Nick Rhodes met Limahl from Kajagoogoo at “Embassy Club” in London. The meeting was the starting point of a collaboration between the two of them: Nick produced the album called “White Feathers”. The single “Too Shy” became a hit and – on February – it reached #1 of the UK charts.

-"just thought about a rocking cover version of too shy... a version with andy`s guitar in the foreground... would be great...i think they should do it." by zzaakk
-"Nice one ,,,, send it to the band!" by mat
-"be a challenge for John to play the bass part! NICK Beggs is an ace bass player!" by kev
-"i asked katy (Katy has worked for Duran Duran for many years now as a bridge between the band and the band!) to perusade them. she said they aren`t interested in covering too shy. i`m not amused. i think she didn`t ask them. i know it. now it is time for plan b... ;-)" by zzaakk
-"they should have done it for the thank you album instead of all the nuts they did instead and damaged their cred in 95!" by mat
-"Their choices for songs to cover were horrible. They did go for classic rocksongs(Lay Lady Lay, Success, Crystal Ship, Needle and the Damage Done, Diamond Dogs )classic soul (Ball Of Confusion, Wanna Take You Higher)and hiphop ( White Lines, 911 is a Joke)
Songs that doesnt have very much to do with the music DD has created. If they had to do a Coveralbum they should have gone for some discotunes, 80's pop and some ballads." by swede
-"i agree 100%" by mat
